Job Description
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems in heavy equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults and malfunctions.
• Replace or repair electrical components such as wiring, switches, motors, control panels and air-conditioning system.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to identify electrical problems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Collaborate with mechanics, technicians, operators, and supervisors about equipment issues and solutions.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections and report any hazardous conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Prepare reports on equipment status and repair work completed.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
• Monitor equipment performance to anticipate potential electrical problems.
• Order and maintain inventory of electrical parts and supplies.
• Accept and perform such other functions as may be assigned by direct heads.

Qualifications
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive both automatic and manual transmission (4-wheel vehicles).
• Must hold a valid and updated NCII certification in (Electrical Installation & Maintenance).
• Must have at least 1–2 years of experience as an electrician mechanic, preferably with heavy equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and repair techniques.
• Skilled in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
