Position: Field Welder (NCII)
Company Industry: Construction Company
Work Location: Laguna, Cavite, Batangas (Deployment)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00pm)
Salary: Salary: Php 18,000 - Php 22,000 gross (Open Negotiable)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be a High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate.
• TESDA Welding Certification is an advantage.
• With at least 1–2 years of experience in construction welding works.
• Knowledgeable in various welding methods, techniques, and equipment operation.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and welding layouts.
• Familiar with workplace safety standards and proper handling of welding tools and equipment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform welding activities for construction projects, metal structures, and related components.
• Review and follow welding plans, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Operate welding machines, tools, and equipment safely and properly.
• Conduct inspection of welded joints and surfaces to ensure quality and strength.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance on damaged metal structures and equipment as needed.
