Job Description
Detachment Commander

Responsible for:

1. Manning
• Scheduling guards' duty days, rotation, post assignment, days- off.
• Ensure no unmanned post. Coordinate with Agency for relievers when needed
• Enforce manning schedule.

2. Supervision of Guard Force
• Supervise execution of guards' duties and responsibilities. Ensure that the Security Plan, House Rules, and other Security Policies and Procedures are executed strictly.
• Conduct post- to- post inspection to check on the guards' work.
• Issue immediate corrections to guards' infractions and escalate to the Agency for disposition.
• Assist guards during busy periods.
• Disseminate updates to house rules, security policies and procedures, and other instructions form the Client and the Agency and ensure that all guards understand and will comply.
• Resolve escalated complaints, concerns and issues with the guards and the security situation at the site.
• Escalate concerns needing higher authority to the Client Representative and the Agency.
• Conduct frequent drills and simulations for emergency response plans.
• Periodically check issued security equipment and request repair/ replacement of defective items.

3. Technical Works
• Conduct periodic assessment of the site's security situation and recommend improvements to House Rules, Security Plan, and Security Policies and Procedures.
• Prepare Incident Reports for security and safety incidents
• Prepare Information Report for security and safety concerns
• Conduct preliminary investigation for security incidents and assist Account Manager in preparing Investigation Reports
• Prepare Monitoring Reports as instructed by the Client Representative.
• Act as Marshall and Security Team Lead in the ERT
