Department Operations

LocationManila

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:
β€’ Assist the Lead to implement security policies, standards, and procedures.
β€’ Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
β€’ Implement risk assessment and develop mitigation plans.
β€’ Ensure that compliance to the workplace safety and security standard.
β€’ Manage incident response, investigations, and ensure root-cause analysis is obtained and validated for proper countermeasures.
β€’ Coordinate with Warehouse managers and other PICs to establish a security protocols
β€’ Conduct’s performance review, training, and capability development of the Security service provider.
β€’ Monitor security reports and security personnel in all Scommerce warehouses.

Requirements:
β€’ Bachelor's degree Security Management or any other related course
β€’ At least 5 years experience in Physical Security systems and Security compliance
β€’ Experience coordinating with Police Department, Fire department, and other regulatory agencies related to Security
β€’ Must be willing to travel in different warehouse facilities
β€’ Must have basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency response
β€’ Ability to communicate with stakeholder-management skills
β€’ Professional certification such as Certified First Aider, Basic Life Support, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is an advantage
β€’ With background to identify and interrogate a person due to investigations
