Job Summary Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular patrols and surveillance to detect and prevent security breaches
• Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
• Monitor CCTV cameras and access control systems
• Investigate reported incidents and prepare detailed reports
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to employee concerns
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in security or a related field
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Certified Security Officer (CSO) or Basic Peace Officer Certification (BPOC) desired
• Excellent communication, observation, and problem-solving skills
