Job Description
Position: Bank Security Operations Officer

As a Security Operations Officer, you’ll lead daily security functions, manage surveillance systems, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do:
• Oversee security operations across branches and facilities.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV, alarms, and fire safety systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement countermeasures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for safety compliance.

• Minimum of (2) years of experience in security operations and systems management within the banking or financial industry.
• Knowledge of BSP Circular 620 and regulatory compliance.
• Skills in emergency response, incident reporting, and personnel supervision.
