About the role

We are looking for a housekeeping and cleaning staff at our campus. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and willing to be assigned either at Mactan Newtown (Lapu-Lapu Campus) or IT Park. No extensive experience required — just a good work ethic and willingness to learn.
What You'll Be Doing
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, hallways, and common areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, comfort rooms, and handwashing areas
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Dust and wipe surfaces, furniture, windows, and fixtures
• Keep hallways, lobbies, and work areas tidy and organized
• Report any repairs or maintenance needs to the supervisor
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stored properly and used safely
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures at all times
• Observe assigned schedules, including shifting schedules if required

What We're Looking For
• At least High School graduate or College level
• Hospitality-related course is an advantage but not required
• TESDA NC II in Housekeeping (preferred but not required)
• Basic training in cleaning, sanitation, or safety is an advantage
• With or without experience
(Experience in housekeeping, hotel, or janitorial services is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures
• Good time management and ability to complete tasks efficiently
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work
• Trustworthy, responsible, and with good work attitude
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Must have good attendance record and punctuality
• Consistent and reliable in reporting to duty
• Able to follow assigned schedules, including shifting schedules if required

• IT Park – Cebu City
