Job Description
Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder with an active TESDA National Certificate II (NC II) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing welding, fabrication, assembly, and repair work while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications
• High school graduate, vocational graduate, or equivalent.
• Must possess an active TESDA National Certificate II (NC II) in Welding.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant welding experience.
• Knowledge of welding methods such as SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, or FCAW is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
• Physically fit and capable of working in various environments and conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Willing to work overtime, on shifting schedules, or at project sites when required.

Preferred Skills
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, shipbuilding, or industrial projects.
• Familiarity with safety standards and welding inspection procedures.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
