The Electromechanical Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the reliable operation of electrical and mechanical equipment within the facility. The role involves diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions, performing preventive maintenance, conducting testing and calibration, and documenting all service activities. By combining expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems, the technician supports continuous, safe, and efficient plant or terminal operations. What will YOU do? - Performpreventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment toensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation - Diagnoseand troubleshoot equipment malfunctions,identifying root causes in both electrical and mechanical systems - Repairand replace defective components,such as motors, switches, bearings, sensors, and wiring, following technical specifications - Conducttesting and calibration of electrical circuits, instruments, and mechanical assembliesto verify performance standards - Ensureto aid and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagramsto guide assembly, repair, and troubleshooting work - Assemblealign, and fit component parts using hand and power toolsin accordance with technical drawings and procedures. - Maintain accurate recordsof maintenance activities, repairs performed, test results, and parts used for proper documentation and traceability - Assistin equipment modification or improvement projects,coordinating with engineering or operations teams to enhance reliability. - Ensurecompliance with safety standards and operational procedures,including proper use of tools, lock-out/tag-out, and handling of electrical systems - Monitorequipment performance and report irregularities or potential failures to supervisors for timely corrective action What will YOU need? - At least 1-2 years work experience in related role - Must have experience as an electrician and working in a plant - Willing to be assigned in Santa Cruz, Davao - Willing to do field work as needed
