Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Specialist based in Muscat, Oman. The Housekeeping Specialist will handle day-to-day operations related to cleaning, laundry services, and organizing facilities. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in designated areas, ensuring proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies, and delivering excellent customer service. The role may also involve reporting on issues, coordinating with the wider team, and training new staff to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry operations
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to train team members on cleaning standards and best practices
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and supplies
