Key Responsibilities
• Define and lead the company-wide cybersecurity strategy and roadmap
• Oversee information security, risk management, and compliance (GRC)
• Implement and maintain frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS
• Lead incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management
• Develop and enforce cloud security and zero-trust architecture principles
• Collaborate with executive leadership and board on security governance
• Manage security audits, penetration testing, and regulatory requirements
• Build and mentor a high-performing cybersecurity team
• Ensure protection of customer data, financial systems, and digital assets

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as CISO, CSO, Head of Security, or Senior Security Leader
• Strong background in cybersecurity within fintech, banking, or financial services
• Deep knowledge of GRC, risk frameworks, and compliance standards
• Hands-on experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Expertise in incident response and enterprise security architecture
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to work with executive teams and regulatory stakeholders

Compensation

Annual Salary Range: OMR 54,000 – 114,000 (approx. OMR 4,500 – 9,500/month)

(Competitive executive package based on experience)
