What You’ll DoJob ResponsibilitiesReview customer orders, examines, stocks, and distribute materials from inventory to manufacturing or relevant departments.Move materials to and from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, and manufacturing areas.Identify and label materials and record their locations in the warehouse/on the shelves to maintain inventory.Complete material transactions in SAP, creating non-conformance reports in IQMS and closing task in MFG based Cell Fusion application as the task requires.Perform and reports cycle countsOversee crating and audit of outbound material.Operate Material Handling Equipment to move goods as needed.Prepare finished products for shipment by identifying their location, then pulling, packing, and loading them. Including re-cycle crates.Other Job ResponsibilitiesSafety Protocol:Complete all required safety training and follow safe work practices.Adhere to personal/ and product safety guidelines by:Utilizing appropriate PPE following clean room procedureUtilizing fixtures (lift hoists, lift track, gantry cranes, lifting tool) to aid in the assembly of tools.Respond directly and quickly to unsafe practices; escalate abnormalities to immediate superior.Who We’re Looking ForMinimum 2 years of experience in any Logistics disciplineCertificate/Diploma holder in any discipline (preferred Logistics/Business Admin)Ability to read/write in English and to follow instructions and work independently with little guidance.Ability to operate computers and relevant knowledge in warehouse management system (SAP/Oracles) would be an added advantage.Preferred QualificationsExperience in material handlingMHE trained – Forklift and Reachtruck preferred.Basic knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and etcOur commitmentWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
