Working in a temperature-controlled facility, this role ensures products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and safely to support timely delivery and overall operational success.What You’ll DoLoad and unload freight by hand in a temperature-controlled warehouse.Accurately stack, store, and organize merchandise in designated locations.Pick customer orders, assemble shipments, and prepare products for dispatch.Inspect freight for accuracy, damage, or infestation.Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as required.Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.What Could Set You ApartAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.Flexibility to work varied schedules, including early mornings and weekends.Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.Physical RequirementsAbility to work in confined spaces with approximately 55 inches of headroom.Comfortable working in controlled temperatures as low as -15°F, as well as outdoor ambient conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).Ability to work at heights of up to 30 feet and access elevated products from within a safety cage.Capability to stand for extended periods, up to 5 hours at a time during an 8–12 hour shift.Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 55 lbs. to heights of 80 inches, and up to 70 lbs. to heights of 50 inches, including carrying loads up to 6 feet without mechanical assistance.Work EnvironmentThe characteristics described represent those an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this role.
