Drive Thru Team Member | Mitre 10 MEGA PrestonsMitre 10 MEGA Prestons is continuing to grow, and we're looking for a Drive Thru Team Member to join our team.If you're an experienced forklift operator who enjoys working with people and delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.As a Drive Thru Team Member, you'll be the friendly face of our Drive Thru, helping both trade and DIY customers collect their purchases safely and efficiently. You'll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience while ensuring our yard operates safely, smoothly and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to both trade and retail customersAccurately pick and load customer ordersSafely operate forklifts and other yard equipmentProcess POS transactions and trade account salesMaintain a clean, organised and safe Drive Thru and yardAssist with stock replenishment and general yard dutiesWork collaboratively with the wider team to achieve daily goalsFollow all health and safety procedures and promote a safe working environmentWhat We're Looking For:A current forklift licence with proven forklift operating experienceA customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skillsPrevious retail, trade or customer service experienceA strong commitment to health and safetyPhysically fit and comfortable with manual handlingReliable, hardworking and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentBuilding or DIY knowledge is an advantageWhat's in it for you?
