Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Sterilisation Assistant/Dental Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis! Are you detail-oriented, highly organised, and passionate about upholding the highest standards of infection control in a clinical setting? If so, we want to hear from you!In this vital role, you’ll help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.What You’ll be doing:Cleaning, sterilising, and maintaining dental instruments and equipmentAccurately monitoring and recording sterilisation processesAssisting with infection control procedures across the clinicEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulationsAssisting with stock managementSupporting clinical staff with room setups and patient turnaroundAssisting the dentist chairside (training provided)Jumping in at reception as needed and supporting our front-desk team (training provided)This is a multi-trained position, meaning you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas—from clinical support to patient-facing duties.
