We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cafeteria Assistant to support our busy staff cafeteria! You’ll be assisting the Cafeteria Manager in maintaining a clean, well-organised kitchen and café space, while preparing and serving meals to our hardworking factory staff. This is a hands-on role where timing, cleanliness, and customer service all matter.Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pmYour Key Responsibilities IncludePrepare and serve food to align with scheduled staff meal breaksMake fresh sandwiches each morningMaintain high food hygiene standards at all timesKeep the café and kitchen areas clean and tidyClean coffee machines and replenish supplies throughout the dayEnsure all food items are stored correctly, labelled, and dated to meet food safety regulationsMaintain clean and hygienic bench tops and staff fridge areasThe Successful Candidate Will HaveProven experience preparing and cooking food in line with hygiene standardsPrevious experience in a café or similar hospitality settingExcellent customer service and communication skillsA proactive, team-focused attitudeA down-to-earth personality with enthusiasm for food and serviceAt Hellers, we take pride in our people and our products.
