In this role, you will play a key part in manufacturing paint using our specialized tools and formulations, ensuring every batch meets our high standards. Your tasks will include measuring raw materials, following detailed operating procedures, and overseeing the making, filling, and testing of paint. As a Production Operator, you will receive comprehensive training across all aspects of the paint manufacturing process, including raw material handling, filling and labelling products, re-canning and reworking, as well as stocktaking. You don't need any manufacturing experience, we will train you and give you ongoing support.
