We’re on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team at our Parnell warehouse.This is a full time role , working Monday through Friday with some flexibility required during peak periods. You’ll be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team that takes pride in what they do and enjoys working together to get the job done.If you have a positive attitude, enjoy being part of a busy environment, and are looking for a role where you can contribute to a fast-paced team, we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll DoYou’ll be involved in all aspects of stock handling, from inwards to outwards, including:Receiving, checking, barcoding, and carefully storing incoming stockPicking and packing customer and store orders to Flo & Frankie’s high standardConfidently operating our Warehouse Management System and workflow processes (full training provided)Keeping warehouse spaces tidy, organised, and safe at all timesUsing warehouse equipment (such as order pickers and pallet jacks) safely and efficientlyAssisting with loading and unloading deliveriesSupporting stocktakes and inventory checks, and reporting any discrepanciesPitching in with general warehouse tasks to keep things running smoothlyWHAT YOU’LL BRINGGreat attention to detail and pride in doing things rightA positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethicClear communication skills and the ability to work as part of a close-knit teamConfidence to take direction and work independently when neededPhysically fit and comfortable being on your feet, lifting and moving stockWarehouse or inventory experience preferred but not essential - we’ll teach the right personFull driver’s licence preferredWHY JOIN US ?
