What you'll do
• Support sales with offer submissions, including packaging cost analysis
• Plan and develop packaging concepts considering technical, logistical, and cost factors
• Identify packaging requirements across the full supply chain
• Manage container development, planning, and capacity calculations
• Coordinate container validation with plants and suppliers through prototype release
• Support purchasing in sourcing and procurement of containers
• Assist plants with packing agreements and instructions
• Maintain packaging master data and ERP/WMS records (e.g., SAP returnable accounts)
• Act as key contact for all packaging topics across stakeholders
• Develop standards, tools, and packaging-related processes
• Lead innovation, trials, approvals, ramp-ups, and optimization workshops
• Manage supplier coordination, counts, system setup, team training, and budget tracking

What we are looking for
• Degree in packaging, engineering, logistics, or equivalent
• Experience in packaging planning/development, preferably in the automotive supply industry
• Sufficient CAD skills (AutoCAD, CATIA)
• SAP/ERP proficiency and strong MS Office skills
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
• Familiar with ISO 14001 and product safety standards
