Assistant Restaurant Manager #443

We are currently hiring on behalf of a premium restaurant group in Kuwait. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced supervisors or assistant managers to step into a leadership role within a dynamic upscale dining environment.

Start date: ASAP
Contract: 2 years ( the project duration is initially 6 months with reallocation to other brands afterward. These could include premium upscale ongoing or fast-casual concepts)
Candidate Requirements:
• Previous experience in management or supervisory roles within premium or standalone upscale restaurants (not hotels)
• Proven ability to lead and develop front-of-house teams
• Strong understanding of service standards guest experience and daily operations
• Previous GCC experience is mandatory
• Valid passport (minimum 2 years remaining)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Must be ready to relocate and join immediately

Preferred Cuisine Experience:
• Italian
• American
• Pan-Asian (Chinese Thai Vietnamese)

Salary Package: KWD 500 / month (approx. 1630 USD)
• Basic Salary: KWD 275
• Housing & Transportation: Either company-provided shared accommodation and shuttle service (optional) or a combined housing and transport allowance of KWD 175 KWD 50 depending on the employee s preference.

Visa Stamping Information:
