Submit passport valid for 6 months, 4 passport photos, attested high school certificate if available, medical fitness report costing 25 KWD, and employer contract to PAM as of 2026. Under Labor Law No. 10/2024 effective 2026, cleaning staff work maximum 8 hours per day and 48 hours per week with 1.5x overtime pay. Annual leave is 30 days after one year, plus 14 days sick leave per year. End-of-service gratuity is 15 days' salary per year worked.
