Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for the position of Owner at HDFC Bank. The Owner will be responsible for driving key business operations, managing financial and strategic functions, and ensuring optimal performance across designated segments. Day-to-day activities include overseeing banking operations, maintaining strong client relationships, leading team initiatives, and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and excellence. The role also entails monitoring market trends, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and promoting the bank’s values and mission.

• Leadership and Strategic Thinking skills, including the ability to manage teams and align business operations with organizational goals.
• Expertise in Financial Planning, Analysis, and Reporting, ensuring sound decision-making and sustainable growth.
• Customer Relationship Management skills focused on fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
• Knowledge of Banking Operations, Regulatory Compliance, and Risk Management to adhere to governance standards and operational excellence.
• Strong Communication and Problem-Solving abilities to effectively address challenges and collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency in digital platforms and emerging fintech trends to support innovation and customer-focused solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields; prior banking or financial industry experience preferred.
