Job Description
• Inspect incoming raw materials (wood, metal, fabric, hardware) for quality and defects
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
• Conduct in-line and final inspections of furniture products
• Check dimensions, finishing, polish, upholstery, assembly, and packaging quality
• Identify defects and deviations; prepare inspection reports
• Coordinate with production and design teams to resolve quality issues
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements
• Maintain QC documentation, reports, and records
• Recommend improvements in processes to enhance product quality
• Conduct random audits and pre-dispatch inspections
