Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Carpenter Executive to join our MDF Division. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in carpentry, particularly with MDF products, along with the ability to support technical demonstrations, installations, and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute carpentry work using MDF boards and related materials.
• Demonstrate product applications and installations to customers and dealers.
• Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams.
• Handle site visits for product installations and troubleshooting.
• Ensure quality standards and proper finishing of carpentry work.
• Train dealers, contractors, and carpenters on MDF product usage.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in carpentry (preferably MDF/plywood industry).
• Good knowledge of carpentry tools, machines, and techniques.
• Understanding of MDF board applications and furniture making.
• Basic communication skills (Hindi/English).
• Ability to travel for site visits and demonstrations.

Preferred Candidate Profile
• ITI/Diploma in Carpentry or relevant field.
• Experience in the plywood/MDF industry is an added advantage.
