Job Description
Bayleaf FM is looking for a hands-on Specialist Cleaning Operative to join a small, high-performing team delivering premium specialist cleaning services to our clients. This is a great opportunity for an experienced specialist cleaner ready to step up into a supervisory, client-facing role.

About the Role

You will be responsible for planning and delivering specialist cleaning jobs to an exceptional standard, ensuring client satisfaction on every visit. You will supervise a team of two, act as the main point of contact on site, and make sure each job is completed safely, efficiently and signed off by the client.

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Carry out specialist cleaning including carpet cleaning, hard floor cleaning, window cleaning (internal and external), high-level dusting and deep cleans.​
β€’ Ensure all work is delivered safely, following company procedures and site-specific risk assessments.​
β€’ Organise equipment, materials and vehicle loading to ensure jobs are delivered on time and to scope.​
β€’ Work flexibly across days, nights and weekends, with advance notice for scheduling.​

β€’ Proven experience in specialist cleaning, must include:
β€’ Carpet cleaning
β€’ Hard floor cleaning
β€’ Internal and external window cleaning
β€’ High-level dusting
β€’ Deep cleaning​
β€’ Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.​
β€’ Confident communicating with clients.

Requirements
β€’ Full, valid UK driving licence (essential).​
β€’ Willing and able to work days, nights and weekends as required, with notice given in advance.​
β€’ Right to work in the UK.​

Pay: Β£33,000.00 per year
