About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our Front of House team. You will play a key role in ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they leave.

• Previous experience working in a premium restaurant is essential.

• Work closely with the kitchen and management team to deliver a seamless service.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
• Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety standards.
• Help drive sales through excellent product knowledge and upselling.
