As per gov.uk, the National Living Wage for HGV drivers aged 21 and over in United Kingdom is £12.50 per hour from 1 April 2026. Drivers must receive this rate for all hours worked including waiting time with no exemptions. Overtime above 40 hours per week attracts the same minimum rate.
