Flexible cleaning work

As per the GOV.UK, the National Living Wage for cleaning staff aged 21 and over is £12.80 per hour as of 1 April 2026. Workers aged 18 to 20 receive £10.15 per hour and those under 18 receive £7.55 per hour under the same rates. Overtime must be paid at the same minimum rate with no exemptions for cleaning roles.
