Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cleaning Company Owner located in Qesm El Giza.

Owner will oversee daily operations, manage a team of cleaning professionals, schedule and organize cleaning tasks, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, managing budgets and resources effectively, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. The role also involves handling administrative tasks, such as reporting, invoicing, and staff training.

• Leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee a cleaning team and ensure high performance.
• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities to efficiently plan and manage cleaning operations.
• Knowledge of cleaning practices, tools, and health & safety regulations.
• Customer service and communication skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
• Budgeting, financial management, and administrative skills for managing resources and business operations.
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during daily operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site responsibilities effectively.
• Experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet management.
