Overview

We are seeking dynamic and experienced individuals for a Restaurant Leadership Role at Charbar, including the main restaurant and the Rooftop Bar! You can't beat spending your summer working outdoors in the sun and fun! As a leader in our restaurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service, maintaining high standards of food quality, and fostering a positive work environment. Your leadership will guide our team to deliver outstanding dining experiences while achieving operational excellence.

Responsibilities
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Lead and mentor staff, providing training in customer service, food handling, and POS systems.
• Manage team schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team.
• Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with management on inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing costs.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.

Experience
• Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the guest experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations is essential.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations is preferred.
• Experience in bartending or beverage management is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
