Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision and care, ensuring high-quality food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
• Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
• Serve dishes promptly and professionally to guests, ensuring presentation quality
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during service hours
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients or supplies

Experience
• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, kitchen procedures, and food handling standards is advantageous
• Experience working in the food industry or a similar fast-paced environment is beneficial
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper sanitation procedures is essential
• Prior experience with meal preparation and serving guests will be considered a strong asset
