Job Description
We are looking for a reliable person to join our team. If you take pride in food quality and like being part of a positive, fast-moving team, this could be a great fit.

Schedule Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
• Must be available to work Opening to Closing shifts (Full Day)
• Expect to work 3–4 days per week, including weekdays and weekends
• Restaurant experience is a must

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare ingredients (cutting, portioning, and stocking) following food safety standards
• Assemble poke bowls according to recipes and presentation guidelines
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service
• Process payments and operate the POS accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and front counter
• Support teammates during peak hours
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs (restocking supplies and ingredients)
• Perform opening and closing duties as scheduled

• Store hours: 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM (daily)
