Position: Premium Server at Spruce Meadows
Elevate the guest experience as a Premium Server at Spruce Meadows. Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a polished demeanor, strong communication skills, and Pro Serve certification. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality food and beverage service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Assist guests with venue layout and policies
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for order accuracy
• Support pre-event setup and post-event breakdown
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of serving experience in premium settings
• Strong beverage knowledge including cocktails and wine
• Excellent communication and detail orientation
• Valid Pro Serve certification required
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
