Job Description
Front of House Supervisor | Ottawa | Premium Casual Dining

Ready to level up? We're looking for someone who's done their time on the floor and is ready to step into a leadership role at one of Ottawa's most recognized dining destinations.

The Vibe

Think: globally inspired food, handcrafted cocktails, a bustling bar lounge, and a team that actually likes coming to work. We're a well-known national restaurant group with multiple Ottawa locations β€” the kind of place that's packed on a Tuesday because the energy is just that good. Our guests come for date nights, happy hours, late-night bites, and everything in between. Your job is to make sure every single one of them leaves happy.

The Role

We're hiring a Front of House Supervisor β€” someone who can hold it down during a busy service, support and motivate the team, and bring a calm, confident presence on the floor. You're not just babysitting tables; you're setting the standard.

What you'll actually do:
β€’ Lead FOH team members through shifts with positivity and purpose
β€’ Handle guest situations on the spot β€” with empathy and efficiency
β€’ Support the management team with opening/closing responsibilities
β€’ Keep the floor organized, the energy up, and the experience on point
β€’ Be a go-to resource for newer staff

What We're Looking For
β€’ Some experience in a supervisory or lead role in a restaurant (even informal β€” shift lead, trainer, etc.)
β€’ A genuine passion for hospitality and great guest experiences
β€’ Someone who communicates well and lifts the people around them
β€’ Comfortable on a busy floor and cool under pressure
β€’ Smart casual presentation β€” you're guest-facing every shift

You don't need a decade of management experience. You need the right attitude, the work ethic to back it up, and the ambition to grow.

What's In It For You

βœ” Competitive salary

βœ” Flexible scheduling

βœ” Real career advancement β€” we promote from within, consistently

βœ” An environment where your leadership is recognized and developed

βœ” Working with a team that has fun and takes their craft seriously

The Opportunity

This is a legitimate step up β€” a real foothold in restaurant management at a brand that's going places. If you've been waiting for the right opportunity to grow beyond the floor, this is it.
