Job Description
About Us Towne Renovations is an established Edmonton renovation company focused on high-end residential transformations β€” especially kitchens, ensuites, and whole-home upgrades. We are not a high-volume new-construction outfit; our work is detailed, custom, and design-driven, and we are adding an in-house plumber to support our growing pipeline of projects. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Residential Plumber to join our in-house production team. You will own the full plumbing scope on our renovation projects β€” from initial disconnects for demolition through complex rough-ins and high-end final fixture installations. The work is heavily renovation-based and often involves older Edmonton homes, so strong problem-solving and layout skills are essential. Responsibilities - Complete rough-in and relocation of water supply and drain lines to suit new kitchen, ensuite, and renovation layouts - Relocate stacks and drainage lines in walls and mechanical rooms as required by new plans - Install and connect plumbing fixtures including toilets (standard and wall-hung), vanity sinks, kitchen sinks and faucets, and multi-head shower systems - Run and relocate fridge water lines, dishwasher supply and drain lines, and laundry connections - Perform safe "isolate and disconnect" work before demolition, including capping water and drain lines - Verify and coordinate drain locations for custom shower bases and ensure alignment with tile and finish details - Coordinate with the Site Supervisor and design team to solve on-site conditions and changes - Ensure all work meets Alberta plumbing code and company quality standards - Maintain clean, respectful work practices in clients' homes and on job sites Qualifications - Certified Journeyperson Plumber (Alberta) - 3–5+ years of residential renovation plumbing experience (experience with older homes is a strong asset) - Strong ability to read drawings and translate designer layouts into accurate rough-ins and final placements - Proven problem-solving skills for complex remodels and mechanical room re-work - Professional communication and customer service skills when working inside occupied homes - Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s licence and reliable transportation What We Offer - Full-time, in-house position (not subcontract piece-work) - Steady, diverse renovation projects across Edmonton and area - Organized schedules and scopes through our project management system - A quality-first team culture that allows you to do the work properly - Competitive wage: $45–$55/hour based on experience and certification - Health and dental benefits - Vehicle and tool allowance - Paid vacation How to Apply Please apply through Indeed with your resume and a brief note about your residential renovation experience. Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
