Job Description
Job Title : Warehouse Order Picker & Packer
Location: Richmond Hill, Ontario
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Hourly Rate: $17.60 per hour

This role supports order picking and packing operations at a garment distribution centre in Richmond Hill. The work takes place in a fast-paced warehouse environment and requires standing for extended periods while accurately preparing items for shipment.

Duties:
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders while standing for the duration of your shift.
• Verify the details of orders, ensuring correct quantities and items are selected.
• Follow the pick list to locate items and fulfill orders based on set guidelines.
• Complete SKU details for each order.
• Fold and pack garments into shipping cartons or envelopes.
• Record quantities picked for each item accurately.
• Comply with all company rules and guidelines.
• Keep the workspace tidy by disposing of empty boxes, plastics, and other waste.
• Reorganize and fold garments in picking areas before finishing the shift.
• Secure cartons with tape to ensure proper sealing.

Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and follow instructions.
• Team-oriented with good collaboration skills.
• Previous experience in a warehouse is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfort using 5-step ladders.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and occasionally climbing 3 flights of stairs.
