Responsibilities for Customer Service Security Guard
β’ Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
β’ Manage access control
β’ Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
β’ Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
β’ Perform computer tasks
β’ Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
β’ Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
β’ Answer questions in person or by phone
Qualifications for Customer Service Security Guard
β’ Be authorized to work in Canada
β’ Hold a valid security license
β’ First aid certification - is an asset
β’ Exceptional customer service skills
β’ Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
