Develop and scale strategic partnerships that boost driver engagement, and improve overall driver retention. This role focuses on creating, optimizing, and expanding partnerships & benefits that motivate drivers to stay engaged.The Driver Operations Specialist is the business owner of partnership programs focused on Supply in InDrive. Key Responsibilities Driver Engagement & Tier Progression - Own KPIs related to active drivers, tier progression, and partnerships conversion rate. - Develop targeted initiatives to boost market engagement - Analyze driver behavior to identify what benefits or incentives drive the biggest improvements in engagement and retention. Partnerships Management & Scaling - Lead the scale-up partnerships across Brazil by coordinating marketing campaigns, regional communications, and in-app visibility. - Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, ensuring alignment on goals, reporting, and operational performance. - Collect and synthesize business insights from these partnerships to refine deal terms, communication strategy, and benefit mechanics. Incentives Optimization & Program Expansion - Improve supply adoption by designing and refining incentives campaigns that make the tier more attractive and rewarding. - Develop and test new incentives and benefit structures based on driver needs, competitive benchmarks, and performance data. - Lead the diversification of fleet partnership deals, identifying new partners that complement InDrive's value propositions and offer customized benefits to different driver segments. Performance Tracking & Analysis - Monitor and analyze the performance of each partnership, focusing on: Activation and conversion, and budget optimization Produce insights and reports to support strategic decisions and optimize campaigns. Cross-functional Coordination -Work closely with Marketing, Driver Operations, Product, and CRM teams to ensure partnership campaigns are launched with proper targeting, messaging, and tracking. -Align with CS teams to ensure drivers receive the correct information and support related to partnership benefits. -Act as the internal owner for all partnership-related workflows, documentation, and operational readiness. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Fluent Portuguese and B2+ English. - 2-3+ years of experience in business operations/expansion/launching. Ride-Hailing, Delivery, and E-commerce fields are highly preferred. - Knowledge of analytical tools: Tableau, Google services, and other BI. - Strong understanding of the sales funnel and how it applies to driver acquisition. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges in driver recruitment and recommend improvements. - Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment with evolving recruitment demands and market conditions. - Knowledge of local transportation regulations and market trends would be a plus. - Attention to detail and a data-driven mindset. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
