You’ll turn drawings into ready‑to‑run CNC files and help keep our workflow running smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReview drawings, work orders and specifications Create and maintain CNC programs using CAD/CAM/CADMAN software Develop flat patterns and 3D layouts for cutting and pressing Optimise nests and machine settings for quality, speed and cost Reverse‑engineer components where required Provide technical support to machine operators Maintain accurate documentation and file control Contribute ideas to continuous improvement initiativesAssist Sales team when required RequirementsProven CNC programming experience (Laser, Plasma and Brake Press) Strong CAD/CAM skills (SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar) Experience with SigmaNEST and CADMANSolid understanding of engineering drawings Solid understanding of Press Brake drawingsHigh attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Ability to manage multiple jobs in a dynamic environment Background in manufacturing or fabrication is essentialBenefitsProfessional but relaxed company cultureOn-site gym facilitiesGenerous parental leave policyEmployee Assistance ProgrammeBe part of a growing business If the above sounds like you, please submit your details through the application form, and we’ll be in touch.
