Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and certified Professional Welder to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welds on various steel components according to precise specifications and standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with various welding techniques, a commitment to safety, and a high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform welding operations using techniques such as MIG, TIG, and SMAW according to job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and work orders to understand welding requirements for each project.
• Conduct precision welding on materials, including structural steel and alloyed metals, to achieve high-quality results.
• Inspect welded surfaces and structures for defects and repair issues to ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control.
• Maintain welding equipment, performing routine checks and adjustments to ensure peak functionality and safety.
• Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to meet project specifications and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification is required (e.g., AWS, ASME).
• Proven experience as a Professional Welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and SMAW.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
