Job Description
Position Summary:

The Palazzo Versace Hotel seeks a highly accomplished and experienced La Vita Restaurant & Bar General Manager to lead our prestigious dining establishment. This critical leadership role requires a professional with a proven track record in luxury hospitality, exceptional operational management skills, and a passion for delivering unparalleled guest experiences. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant and bar operations, ensuring that service excellence, quality, and profitability align with the hotel’s esteemed brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:
• Direct and oversee all operational aspects of La Vita Restaurant & Bar, ensuring compliance with established service standards and protocols.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability.

Guest Experience Enhancement:
• Uphold and enhance the quality of guest service by ensuring attentive and personalized experiences.
• Proactively address guest feedback and concerns to cultivate loyalty and satisfaction.

Financial Management:
• Develop, manage, and optimize the annual budget for La Vita Restaurant & Bar, including revenue forecasting, expense management, and financial reporting.
• Implement and monitor strategies to enhance profitability while maintaining quality and service standards.

Menu and Beverage Development:
• Collaborate with the culinary team to design and update an innovative and diverse menu that reflects current culinary trends and guest preferences.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring effective stock control and cost-efficient procurement of all food and beverage supplies.

Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and safety within the restaurant and bar environments.
• Conduct regular operational audits to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Marketing and Promotion:
• Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events that enhance the visibility of La Vita Restaurant & Bar.
