About the Role

We are looking for a hardworking, organized, and motivated Kitchen Helper / Commis III to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting chefs in daily kitchen operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Kitchen Operations
β€’ Assisting chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
β€’ Preparing ingredients including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning
β€’ Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times
β€’ Organizing kitchen supplies and ensuring proper storage of ingredients
β€’ Assisting with receiving and storing deliveries
β€’ Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
β€’ Supporting the kitchen team during busy service hours
β€’ Ensuring utensils, equipment, and workstations are cleaned and maintained properly

What We're Looking For
