Job Description
Restaurant Manager We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ajman. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing staff, creating schedules, and maintaining inventory levels. To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager and possess strong leadership and communication skills. You should also have excellent customer service abilities and a thorough understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety regulations. Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations of the restaurant - Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction - Oversee staff and create schedules - Train new employees - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant - Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery - Adhere to all food safety regulations - Create budgets and monitor expenses to maximize profitability Requirements: - Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety regulations - Customer service oriented with strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility in schedule - Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred but not required Salary: $1700 Location: Ajman, UAE (Preference for Pakistani nationals) Employment type: Full-time (without accommodation) Benefits: Free visa and ticket provided
