Job Description
We are seeking energetic and reliable Food Runners to assist the service team in delivering food orders promptly and maintaining a smooth dining experience. The ideal candidates will be attentive, fast, and able to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.

Job Description
• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests’ tables promptly and accurately
• Ensure proper presentation of all dishes according to restaurant standards
• Assist servers in clearing and resetting tables after service
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of service areas
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
• Support front-of-house staff during busy periods
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP/EFS)
• Assist with basic setup and closing duties of the dining area

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Food Runner, server assistant, or in a restaurant environment is preferred
• Physically fit and able to carry trays and stand for long periods
• Knowledge of menu items and ingredients
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and efficiency in service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and professional
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Multilingual (Arabic) is a definite advantage.
• Willing to work in Al Ain
