Entry-level positions start at AED 1,500 per month including basic accommodation allowance. All payments must be processed through the Wages Protection System monthly.

As per the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), foreign cleaning staff need an employer-sponsored work permit approved via the MOHRE online portal and a 2-year residence visa. The employer applies using the worker's passport valid for 6 months, entry permit, and medical certificate, with processing completed in 5 working days. Visa costs AED 200-500 covered by employer.

As per MOHRE Federal Decree-Law No. 33/2021, no minimum education or experience is required for cleaning staff roles; candidates must be aged 18-60 and pass a medical fitness exam costing AED 350. Priority is given to UAE nationals under Emiratisation targets of 2% for service sectors by 2026. Physically fit applicants from approved countries qualify directly.

As per MOHRE, required documents include passport copy valid 6+ months, 4 passport photos, employment contract attested by MOHRE, and medical fitness report from approved center.
