Job Description
Job Title: Supervisor – FMT (Cleaning Department)

Company: MBR1 Security Services LLC

Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage all cleaning operations within assigned facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily cleaning activities (housekeeping, janitorial services, waste management)
• Assign duties and schedules to cleaning staff
• Ensure all areas are maintained to required standards
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of cleaning quality
• Train staff on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety practices
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of cleaning staff
• Manage cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment inventory
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with health & safety standards
• Handle client complaints and ensure quick resolution
• Coordinate with other departments (maintenance, security, etc.)
• Prepare reports (daily logs, incident reports, manpower reports)
• Supervise cleaning activities related to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) areas, ensuring safe and proper cleaning around technical equipment and systems

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in cleaning/housekeeping supervision (FM industry preferred)
• Experience in UAE facilities management companies is an advantage
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and machinery (scrubbers, polishers, vacuum cleaners)
• Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards
• Knowledge of safety standards (COSHH, MSDS basics)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting systems)
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage large teams and work under pressure
• Multilingual communication (English + Hindi preferred)
• UAE driving license (mandatory)
